Specialists of our company have improved the dryers №1,2 SFLC-1. Installation work on a single drier was 4 weeks. After modernization, the consumption of natural gas on landlines decreased by 2 times. Saving of natural gas in one unit is 1320 m3/day. Thus, the company manages to reduce the cost of almost 20 thousand hryvnia per day only on one dryer. As part of the project, new combustion chambers with modern burners and control systems were also installed. Ukraine Energy held repair back in May, work of the updated units of PJSC Metinvest – KRMZ saved 2 million 871 000 hryvnas for energy for last 5 months.

According to our specialists, the payback of the installation of one dryer is about 100 days.
