The team of specialists of our company continues to develop projects to improve drying stands efficiency. In addition, the experts of Ukraine Energy are implementing projects for the heating of iron and steel ladle buckets of different volumes.

One of the current projects for the development of a vertical booth for drying and heating buckets on the mixture of natural and blast furnace gas has high performance. Previously, instead of outdated units, stands were already constructed and upgraded, both on natural gas, and on natural-coked-dominant mixture in various designs. All implemented solutions on stands show the declared natural gas savings.

For example, in the blast-furnace shop of MMKI (Mariupol Iron and Steel Works named after Ilyich) only with the replacement of the burner device manufactured by Ukraine Energy company and automation valves, an economy of 35% was achieved! At the same time emissions of harmful substances significantly below the required standards. Also, our company offers to customers the services of lining the covers of buckets with modern lightweight insulation materials.
